Vegan Sausage Paella

  • Arborio Rice
  • Italianna Vegan Sausage
  • Tomato Paste
  • Vegetable Broth Cube(s)
  • Green Peas
  • Lemon
  • Pepper(s)
  • Yellow Onion(s)
  • Spice Mix (Smoked Paprika,Ground Saffron,Garlic Powder,Cumin Powder)
  • Fresh Italian Parsley

1. Thinly slice the sausages. Chop the onion, bell pepper and parsley. Crumble the broth cube into 3 2P | 5 3P cups of water. Cut the lemon into slices.

2. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan on medium-high. Cook the sausages 2-4 minutes until browned.

3. Add the pepper, onion and spices and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

4. Add the rice and tomato paste and mix well. Add the broth completely and bring to a boil. Cook 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer 12-14 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Add the green peas, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.

5. Serve and garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Bon appétit!
