
Shrimp Ramen Noodles
with bell pepper, carrot and sweet asian sauce
Ingredients
- Shrimps
- Garlic Clove(s)
- Ginger
- Ramen Noodles
- Green Onion(s)
- Pepper(s)
- Organic Nantes carrot (s)
- Grilled Sesame Seeds
- Sauce Mix (worcestershire sauce,oyster sauce,ketchup,soy sauce)
- White Sugar
Necessary elements
Pan, pot, strainer.
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cut the peppers and the carrots into sticks. Thinly slice the green onions, the garlic and the ginger. Add the sugar to the sauce mixture.
2. Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain.
3. In a deep skillet, add a drizzle of oil. Sauté the shrimp on medium heat 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove the shrimp from the pan and reserve.
4. In the same pan, saute the carrots and peppers for 3-4 minutes before adding back the cooked shrimp, the garlic and the ginger. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the noodles to the pan. Add the sauce and mix well. Garnish with the green onions.
6. Serve the yakisoba shrimp noodles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
