
Shrimp and Garlic Udon Noodles
with bok choy and oyster sauce
Ingredients
- Udon Noodles
- Yellow Onion(s)
- Shrimps
- Garlic Clove(s)
- Sauce Mix (oyster sauce,soy sauce)
- Chili Flakes
- Green Onion(s)
Necessary elements
Pan, pot, strainer, bowl.
1. Chop the green onions and the garlic. Slice the onion. Cut the bok choy into pieces.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the udon noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and reserve.
3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the shrimps for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and reserve.
4. In the same pan, add the yellow onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the bok choy and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. In a bowl, combine the sauce, the garlic, the chili flakes, to taste (caution! Spicy) and 1 tbsp of rice vinegar. In the pan with the vegetables, add the noodles, the shrimp and the sauce and mix well.
6. Serve the shrimp udon noodles. Garnish with the green onions. Bon appétit!
