- Broccoli
- Coriander and Parsley
- Greek Yogourt 2%
- Sour Cream
- Lime
- Radishes

1. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Cut the radish into 4 pieces. Cut the carrot into sticks.
2. Put the herbs, garlic to taste, yogurt, sour cream, the juice of half a lime and 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp. of water in a container. Reduce everything to a smooth sauce using a hand blender or a food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve the vegetables with the sauce. Bon appétit!
