
Greek Style Poutine
with oregano potatoes, feta and cherry tomatoes

- Dried Oregano
- Red Onion(s)
- Multicolor Cherry Tomatoes
- Demi-Glace
- Tzatziki

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the potatoes into quarters. Mix with a drizzle of oil, 3/4 of the oregano, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven 23-26 minutes until tender.
2. Slice the tomatoes in half. Thinly slice the onion. Crumble the feta and mix with the rest of the oregano.
3. Put the demi-glace in a saucepan with 1 2P | 1.5 3P cups of water. Whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens a little.
4. Serve the fries and garnish with all the ingredients and the sauce. Add salt and pepper. Top with some tzatziki to taste. Bon appétit!
