
Gnocchi and Sausage
easy 35 minutes
in a rosée sauce with spinach and basil
Ingredients
- Gnocchi O Sole Mio
- Toulouse sausages
- Diced Tomatoes
- Cream 18%
- Basil
- Bocconcini
- Baby Spinach

1. Thinly slice the bocconcini and basil. Cut the sausages into slices.
2. Heat a light drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the sausages for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.
3. Add the gnocchi to the pan. Cook 6-8 minutes until crispy. Add salt. Remove from the pan.
4. Add the canned tomatoes with 1/2 2P | 3/4 3P cup of water and 1-2 tbsp of sugar to the pan. Season generously with salt and pepper. Add the spinach and cream and mix.
5. Add the gnocchi and sausage and mix. Add the bocconcini slices and cover for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until the cheese is melty.
6. Serve the gnocchi and garnish with the basil. Bon appétit!
