
Chinese Macaroni with Beef
with mushroom, miso and green onion
Ingredients

- Green Onion(s)
- White Medium Mushroom
- Zucchini(s)
- Macaroni
- Miso Paste
- All-Purpose Flour
- Vegetable Broth Cube(s)
- Garlic Clove(s)
- Soy Sauce

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta 9-10 minutes until tender. Reserve 3/4 2P | 1 3P cup of cooking liquid and drain. Whisk the cooking liquid with the sauce mix, half of the crumbled broth cube and flour.
2. Mince the green onion and separate the white bottoms from the green tops. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and slice thinly into half rounds. Chop the garlic.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the mushrooms, zucchini and white bottoms of the green onion for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the garlic and beef. Cook 4-5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta and sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper.
6. Serve the pasta in a bowl and garnish with the remaining green onion. Bon appétit!
