
Chinese BBQ Pork
with chow mein noodles and chinese broccoli
Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin
- Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan)
- Garlic Clove(s)
- Honey
- White Sugar
- Hoisin Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Chinese Five Spices
- Ramen Noodles
Necessary elements
Pot, bowl, baking sheet.
1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F. Chop the garlic. Cut the chinese broccoli in pieces. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. In a bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, the soy sauce, the garlic, the sugar, the honey and the spices. Mix well. Keep around 1| 2 tbsp of the sauce aside. Add the pork in the rest of the sauce and coat well. Marinate for around 5 minutes.
3. Spread the pork tenderloins on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
4. Once the water is boiling, cook the chinese broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the water and set aside.
5. In the same pot of boiling water, cook the noodles for 3-4 minutes. Drain and add the rest of the sauce reserved at the beginning and mix well.
6. Serve the pork with the noodles and chinese broccoli. Bon appetit!
