
Chicken and Broccoli in an Orange Sauce
with basmati rice

- Basmati Rice
- Broccoli
- Orange(s)
- Sauce Mix (soy sauce,hoisin sauce)
- Green Onion(s)
- Garlic Clove(s)
- Honey
- Ginger
- Grilled Sesame Seeds

Pot, Pan, Bowl.
1. Chop the garlic, the ginger and the green onions. Zest the orange and cut it in half. Cut the broccoli into pieces. On a separate board, cut the chicken into pieces.
2. Rinse the rice. Bring 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water to a boil in a pot. Pour in the rice, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat.
3. In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. In a bowl, combine the sauce, the garlic, the ginger, the orange zest, the orange juice, the honey, 1 2P | 2 3P tbsp. of vinegar and 1 2P | 2 3P tbsp. of water. Add to the pan with the broccoli. Add the chicken and mix well. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
6. Serve the orange chicken with the rice. Garnish with the sesame seeds and the green onions. Bon appétit!
