
Ceasar Tortellini Salad
with bacon, spinach and Grana Padano
Ingredients
- Fresh Cheese Tortellini
- Grana Padano Cheese
- Baby Spinach
- Bacon
- Mayonnaise
- Anchovy Paste
- Lemon
- Garlic Clove(s)
Necessary elements
Pot, baking sheet, strainer, bowls.
1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Spread the bacon slices on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes
2. Once the water is boiling, add the tortellini. Cook for 4-6 minutes. Drain. Rinse for a few seconds under cold water.
3. Chop the garlic. Cut the lemon in half. Finally cut the spinach. Once the bacon is cooked, cut into pieces.
4. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, the garlic, the Grana Padano cheese, the anchovy paste and the lemon juice. Mix well and add a generous quantity of black pepper.
5. Once the tortellini have slightly cooled down, add the bacon, the spinach and the sauce. Mix well.
6. Serve the tortellini salad. Bon appétit!
