
Blue Cheese Cream Pizza
with potatoes, kale, onion and parmesan

- Yellow Potato(es)
- Kale
- Yellow Onion(s)
- Cream 18%
- Blue Cheese
- Grana Padano Cheese
- Fresh Italian Parsley

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Very thinly slice the potatoes and onion. Chop the kale and parsley.
2. Place the potato slices in a small pot of water and bring to a boil. Cook 4-5 minutes. Drain and dry.
3. Roll the dough with the flour to make a large pizza or smaller individual pizzas. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
4. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion 2-3 minutes with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add the kale and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat. Meanwhile, put the cream and crumbled blue cheese in a saucepan over medium heat and cook 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Add the parsley.
5. Top the pizza dough with the potato slices, kale mixture, blue cheese sauce and Grana Padano cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
6. Serve the pizza. Bon appétit!
