
Shrimp and Ramen Noodle Stir-Fry
with spinach, sweet chili sauce and cashews
Ingredients
- Shrimps
- Baby Spinach
- Honey
- Sriracha
- Soy Sauce
- Cilantro
- Cashews
- Ramen Noodles
- Lime

Pot, Strainer, Pan, Bowl.
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan over medium heat, add the cashew nuts. Roast 2-3 minutes.
3. Chop the cilantro and the cashews. Cut the lime in half.
4. In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the shrimps and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
5. In a bowl, combine the honey, the sriracha, to taste , the soy sauce, the juice of half a lime and 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar. In the same pan used to cook the shrimps, add the spinach. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add the noodles, the sauce mix and the shrimps. Mix well and add the cilantro.
6. Serve the noodles with prawns. Garnish with the nuts. Bon appétit!
