Pork Linguine Alfredo

  • Linguine
  • Cream 18%
  • Grana Padano Cheese
  • Fresh Italian Parsley
  • Yellow Onion(s)
  • Zucchini(s)
  • Garlic Clove(s)
  • White Medium Mushroom

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Chop the parsley, garlic and onion. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Cut the pork into small cubes or thin strips. It’s possible to adjut the cube sizes for the children.

2. Cook the pasta in the boiling water 10-12 minutes until tender. Keep 1/2 2P | 3/4 3P cup of water and drain.

3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a big pan over high heat. Cook the pork 1-2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove from the pan. Reduce the heat to medium high.

4. Add 1 tbs of butter to the pan. Add the onion, mushrooms and zucchini and cook 4-5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1-2 minutes.

5. Add the cream, pasta cooking water and grana padano. Mix. Add the pasta and pork. Mix 1-2 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.

6. Serve the pasta and garnish with parsley. Bon appétit!
