
Za’atar Flatbread

with hummus, olives and cucumber, tomato and feta cheese salad

- Hummus
- Fresh Italian Parsley
- Lebanese Cucumber(s)
- Tomato(es)
- Olives Party Mix
- Za'atar
- All-Purpose Flour

1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Chop the cucumber, the tomatoes and the parsley. Crumble the feta.
2. Roll the dough with the flour to form two flat breads. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Drizzle some olive oil and add the za’atar on the dough. Bake in the oven for around 12-15 minutes. Broil 1 minute for more colour.
3. In a bowl, mix the cucumber with the tomato, feta, parsley, a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of vinegar to taste. Add salt and pepper.
4. Serve the za’atar manakish with the hummus, the salad and the olives. Bon appetit!
