Tex Mex Sausage and Potato Sheet Pan

  • Yellow Onion(s)
  • Yellow Baby Potato(es)
  • Tex-Mex Mix
  • White Medium Mushroom
  • Dill

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cut the onion into small quarters and the potatoes in 2 or 4 pieces. Slice the sausages. Cut the broccoli and bell pepper into small pieces. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Chop the dill.

2. Line a tray with baking paper. Place the sausage slices, potatoes, mushroom, pepper, and onions on the tray, drizzle with oil and season with the spices, salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 20-23 minutes until colored.

3. When the time is up, add the broccoli and cheese curds to the sheet pan. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.

4. Mix the sour cream with the dill and 1-2 tbsp of water.

5. Drizzle with sour cream and serve. You can also let the children help themselves to their fill to develop their autonomy. Bon appétit!
