
Sugar Shack Style Brunch
with ham and pork rinds
Ingredients
- Milk 2%
- All-Purpose Flour
- Liquid Egg
- Maple Syrup
- Yellow Potato(es)
- Spice Mix (smoked paprika,garlic powder)
- Ham
- Oreille de Crisse
- Baking Powder

Baking sheet, pan.
1. Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Dice the potatoes.
2. Mix the potatoes with the spices. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
3. In a bowl, combine the eggs and 200 2P | 300 3P ml of milk. Gradually add the flour and the baking powder. Mix well and add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of sugar. In a pan, on medium heat, cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cook 3 to 4 small pancakes per person.
4. In a pan, on medium heat, grill the ham slices for 1-2 minutes, if desired.
5. Place the pork rinds on a baking sheet. Towards the end of cooking the potatoes, bake for 5-6 minutes.
6. Garnish the pancakes with the maple syrup. Serve with the ham, the pork rinds and the potatoes. Bon appétit!
