
Salisbury Steak

- White Medium Mushroom
- Fresh Italian Parsley
- Demi-Glace
- Yellow Baby Potato(es)
- Yellow Onion(s)

Pot, pan, strainer, bowl
1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Place in a pot and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk to taste. Add salt and pepper. Keep warm.
2. Thinly slice the onion and the mushrooms. Put the demi-glace in 1 2P | 1.5 3P cups of water. Chop the parsley.
3. Mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Make 1 patty per person. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.
4. Add the onion and mushrooms to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the demi-glace and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, put the patties back in the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
5. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook the green peas 1-2 minutes. Drain. Mix with butter, the parsley to taste, salt and pepper
6. Serve the patties with the sauce, the mashed potatoes and the peas. Bon appétit!
