
Orzo and Halloumi Bowl
with tzatziki, dill and bell pepper
Ingredients
- Halloumi Cheese
- Orzo
- Red Onion(s)
- Red Bell Pepper(s)
- Tzatziki
- Slivered Almonds
- Dill

1. Chop the dill. Thinly slice the onion and pepper into strips. Cut the halloumi into slices.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Roast the almonds 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
3. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Pour in the orzo and cook 6-8 minutes until tender. Drain. Mix with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
4. Add a drizzle of oil to the pan. Add the onion and bell pepper. Add salt and pepper. Cook 4-6 minutes. Remove from the pan.
5. Add the halloumi slices to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown.
6. Serve the orzo in a bowl and garnish with the halloumi slices, vegetables, almonds, tzatziki and dill. Otherwise, Bon appétit!
