
One pot of sausage and potatoes
easy 30 minutes
with bell pepper, onion, parmesan and italian spices

- Italian Sausages
- Yellow Baby Potato(es)
- Pepper(s)
- Yellow Onion(s)
- Garlic Clove(s)
- Fresh Italian Parsley
- Grana Padano Cheese
- Spice Mix (italian spices,smoked paprika)

1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the parsley and the garlic. Thinly slice the onion and the pepper. Thinly slice the sausages.
2. Heat a generous drizzle of oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the potatoes 5-6 minutes. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes over medium low heat. Add salt and pepper. Remove the potatoes from the pan.
3. Add the sausages, onion, pepper, garlic and spices to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes over medium high heat or until the sausages are cooked through. Add salt and pepper.
4. Put the potatoes back in the pan and cook 1-2 minutes to reheat. Serve and garnish with the parmesan and the parsley. Bon appétit!
