
Nordic shrimp Spaghetti
with broccoli, green peas and lemon

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 9-10 minutes until tender. Keep 1 2P | 1.5 3P cup of pasta water and drain.
2. Drain the shrimps. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Chop the parsley. Cut the lemon in 2.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil and 1 tbsp. of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the broccoli 3-4 minutes. Add the green peas and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the cooking water, grana padano and ground pepper. Mix and cook for 1 minute. Add the shrimp and lemon juice. Mix.
5. Serve the pasta and garnish with the parsley and lemon juice to taste. Bon appétit!
