
Lebanese Za’atar Pizza

- Fresh Mint

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Slice the cucumbers and the hot pepper. Cut the tomato into quarters. Separate the mint leaves from the stems.
2. On a floured work surface, roll pizza dough to make a large pizza or smaller individual pizzas.
3. In a bowl, mix the za’atar with 3 2P | 4 3P tbsp. of olive oil. Garnish the pizza dough with the za’atar mixture and add the mozzarella cheese. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
4. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, the hot peppers to taste , the mint leaves, the sumac, the crumbled feta and the pine nuts.
5. Garnish the pizza with the salad and the tomatoes. Bon appétit!
