Lebanese Za’atar Pizza

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Za'atar
  • Lebanese Cucumber(s)
  • Mozzarella
  • Fresh Chili Pepper
  • Fresh Mint
  • Tomato(es)
  • Pine Nuts
  • Feta Cheese
  • Sumac

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Slice the cucumbers and the hot pepper. Cut the tomato into quarters. Separate the mint leaves from the stems.

2. On a floured work surface, roll pizza dough to make a large pizza or smaller individual pizzas. If the dough is too difficult to roll, let the dough temper slightly, it will be more malleable.

3. In a bowl, mix the za’atar with 3 2P | 4 3P tbsp. of olive oil. Garnish the pizza dough with the za’atar mixture and add the mozzarella cheese. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

4. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, the hot peppers to taste (caution! spicy), the mint leaves, the sumac, the crumbled feta and the pine nuts.

5. Garnish the pizza with the salad and the tomatoes. Bon appétit!
