
Ham and Cheese Salty Cake

- Milk 2%

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish or line it with baking paper. Grate the cheese. Cut the ham into cubes
2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk and 80 2P | 120 3P ml of olive oil.
3. In the same bowl, add the flour and the baking powder. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the ham and the cheese. Mix well.
4. Place the mixture in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
5. Serve the ham and cheese cake with the olives, the pickles and the fig jam. Bon appétit!
