
Creamy Blue Cheese Gnocchis

with spinach, leek, walnuts and mozzarella

- Gnocchi
- Crumbled Blue Cheese
- Mozzarella
- Baby Spinach
- Leek(s)
- Walnuts
Necessary elements

1. Set the oven to Broil. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Thinly slice the leek and chop the walnuts.
2. Add the gnocchis to the boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes or until they float to the surface then drain.
3. Melt a knob of butter in an oven safe pan over medium heat. Add the spinach and the leek. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
4. Add the cream and the blue cheese. Cook for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Add the gnocchis and the walnuts. Add salt and pepper.
5. Add the mozzarella and cook in the oven for 2-3 minutes and serve. Bon appétit!
