
Creamy Beef Pasta Shells
easy 30 minutes
with zucchini, spinach and cheddar cheese

- Shells
- Milk 2%
- Cheddar cheese
- Beef Broth Cube(s)
- Yellow Onion(s)
- Baby Spinach
- Zucchini(s)
- Ketchup
- Spice Mix (smoked paprika,chili powder,garlic powder)

Pan, grater.
1. Chop the onion. Grate the zucchini.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the onions and the beef for 4-5 minutes. Add the spices and mix well.
3. In the same pan, add the pasta and the zucchini and mix well. Add the milk, 0.5 2P | 1 3P bouillon cube, the ketchup, and 180 2P | 250 3P ml of water. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cover. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, add the cheese and the spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Serve the creamy beef pasta shells. Bon appétit!
