
Cook it’s Pizzaghetti
with tomato sauce spaghetti and all-dressed vegetarian pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Spaghetti
- Diced Tomatoes
- Italian Spices
- Oregano
- Yellow Onion(s)
- Pepper(s)
- Mozzarella
- All-Purpose Flour
- White Medium Mushroom
- Kalamata Olives
Necessary elements
Sheet pan, Cooking Paper, Rolling pin, Pan, Pot, Strainer.
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Chop the onion and the mushrooms. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Thinly slice the olives. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Roll the dough with the flour or until the desired thickness. Put on a lined sheet pan. Garnish with 1/4 of the diced tomatoes, half of the spices, half of the onion, the bell pepper slices, the cheese and the olives. Add salt and pepper to taste. . Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until colored.
3. Cook the pasta in the pot of boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain and mix with a drizzle of oil.
4. Meanwhile, warm up a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the rest of onion with the rest of the spices and the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. Add the tomatoes, 1/2 |2/3 cup of water, 1 tbsp. of butter and a pinch of sugar and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix.
5. Serve the pizza with the tomato sauce pasta and garnish with basil leaves. Bon appétit!
