
Caesar Pizza
with a rosemary garlic crust, cherry tomatoes and faux bacon bits

- Multicolor Cherry Tomatoes
- Grana Padano Cheese
- Garlic Clove(s)
- Fresh Rosemary
- Steak Spices
- Simulated bacon bits
- Sour Cream
- Mayonnaise
- Romaine Lettuce Heart(s)

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Finely chop the garlic and rosemary. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Roughly chop the lettuce or cut into thin strips, to taste.
2. Roll the pizza dough with the flour to the desired thickness. Place on a cooking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the garlic and rosemary in a bowl with a generous drizzle of oil. Brush the pizza doughs with the oil. Add salt. Bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes until browned.
3. Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, steak spices, half of the Parmesan, 2-3 tbsp. of water, salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the lettuce, tomatoes and bacon pieces.
4. Top the pizza dough with the salad and add the remaining parmesan and some black pepper to taste. Bon appétit!
