Fresh Prep has teamed up with renowned Chef Craig Wong of Patois Toronto to create three new restaurant-quality Asian-Caribbean fusion meal kits, just for you! This marks our first collaboration of its kind in Ontario as we continue growing eastward across Canada.

For 10 years, Fresh Prep has brought elevated flavours to your kitchen, and these new menu items are no exception. They’re chef-inspired and come with everything you need, including easy-to-follow recipes, to cook restaurant-style meals at home.
Partnering with Patois was a natural step in our national expansion. Chef Craig’s unique blend of Chinese and Jamaican heritage brings Asian comfort and Caribbean soul food together in a way Canadians need to taste.
“Partnering with Fresh Prep was a no-brainer for me,” says Chef Craig, “was looking for a way to help more people enjoy these bold flavours at home. Partnering with a trusted, national brand like Fresh Prep really was a natural step for my team.”
Patois and Chef Craig’s street cred is no secret
Patois has been recognized as one of Toronto’s top 100 restaurants (Toronto Life, BlogTO, and more). Since 2014, the restaurant has been serving a fusion of Asian comfort and Caribbean soul food, with signature dishes like Jerk Chicken Chow Mein and Pineapple Bun Burgers.
Chef Craig’s culinary training in Michelin-starred kitchens across France and Europe, combined with his heritage, inspires his innovative approach to cooking. He has also collaborated with brands like Nike, Toronto Raptors, and Adidas.
