Whether you’ve been cooking with us in the West for a while or just discovering us in the East, this is a big moment for all of us. Together, we’re moving forward under one name, one mission, and a shared love for fresh ingredients, practical meals, and sustainable choices.

Founded over 11 years ago, Cook it was the first meal kit company in Canada — with a simple goal: make mealtime easier, faster, and more enjoyable for busy households.
That mission is one we share wholeheartedly at Fresh Prep. Both brands have always believed in:

Over the past year, Cook it has operated as a sister brand to Fresh Prep. During that time, we’ve been working behind the scenes to align how we plan, cook, deliver, and support our customers — so this transition would feel smooth and familiar.
Now, we’re moving forward as the Fresh Prep brand — with one team, one mission, and one growing community.

Fresh Prep now delivers to four provinces — expanding our footprint from British Columbia and Alberta to Ontario and Québec. More homes across Canada can now enjoy convenient, fresh meals.
