How it works
Meals Chosen for You (Unless You Say Otherwise):
Don’t feel like deciding? We’ve got it covered. Each week, we’ll pick a tasty lineup of fully prepared meals for you—based on your plan. Want to switch it up? You can jump in anytime before Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. and make it your own. No stress, just great food on your terms.
Billing Happens Right After Cutoff:
Once the clock strikes midnight on Wednesday, your payment is processed automatically. This confirms your order and gets your meals ready for delivery.
Meals Delivered to Your Door:
Expect your order to arrive at your doorstep on your scheduled delivery day, packed in reusable cooler bags with ice packs to keep everything fresh and chilled.
Return Your Cooler Bags & Reusables:
Help us keep packaging waste low by returning your cooler bags, ice packs, and rinsed plastic recycling. Just leave them outside your door on your next delivery day or schedule a free pickup from your account settings if you’re taking a break.
How billing works
For your first order: Your first order is billed when you sign up based on the price of the meal plan you choose.
The amount charged is kept as a pre-payment for your first delivery – You don’t have to order right away and you can still customize your first order.
Future orders:
Each week you have until Wednesday night at midnight to choose your meals or skip the week. At midnight, we bill your credit card and then get to work prepping your order for the next week.
Have a Promo Code? Here’s How to Use It:
• During Sign-Up: Enter your discount code in the Promo Code field at checkout. Your savings will be applied instantly to your first order.
• Promo Applied as Credit: Most discounts show up as a credit (or gift card) on your account and will be automatically applied at checkout. If you choose to skip your first scheduled delivery, you will not see this discount appear until your first order is billed.

The Ground Rules (but they’re easy)
• Order by Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. each week to get your meals the next week. Miss it, and you’ll be dining the week after.
• Minimum order is $60 (before discounts). This helps us keep delivery costs low and service sustainable.
• Right after the cutoff, your card is charged automatically. Your order is locked in, and the kitchen gets cooking
