
Souvlaki Spiced Chicken Pita

- Souvlaki Mix
- Dill
- Lemon

1. Mix the chicken with the souvlaki spices and a drizzle of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip, cover and cook 7-9 minutes over low heat until cooked through in the center.
2. Thinly slice the cucumber, onion and the tomato. Chop the dill. Cut the lemon into quarters.
3. Garnish the pita with the yogurt, chicken, cucumber, tomato, onion to taste and dill. Add lemon juice to taste. Bon appétit!
