
Teriyaki Pork Bowl

with sriracha mayo, garlic spinach and egg

- Fresh egg
- Sauce Mix (Mayonnaise,Sriracha,,)
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Ramen Noodles
- Grilled Sesame Seeds
- Baby Spinach
- Lebanese Cucumber(s)
- Carrot(s)
- Green Onion(s)
- Garlic Clove(s)

1. Slice the cucumbers into half moons. Cut the carrot into small cubes or thin strips. Thinly slice the green onion. Cut the pork into cubes. Slice the egg in half.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles 1 minute until tender. Drain.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the pork cubes with 1/3 of the teriyaki sauce for 4-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan.
4. Add the spinach and garlic to the pan. Cook 1-2 minutes.
5. Mix the noodles with the rest of the teriyaki sauce. Serve in a bowl and garnish with all the other ingredients and the spicy mayonnaise to taste. Bon appétit!
