Une alimentation optimale avant de courir peut pr\u00e9venir la fatigue, vous aider \u00e0 tenir plus longtemps (et plus intens\u00e9ment) et rendre vos courses plus agr\u00e9ables. En consommant les bons aliments et les bons breuvages au bon moment, vous accumulez l\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour donner le meilleur de vous-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Le bon moment<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Votre repas ou collation d\u2019avant-course peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 entre 1 et 4 \u202fheures avant de d\u00e9buter. Plus vous mangez t\u00f4t, plus vous avez de temps pour dig\u00e9rer et plus votre repas ou collation peut \u00eatre copieux. L\u2019objectif est de manger juste assez pour vous sentir rassasi\u00e9\u1427e, sans \u00eatre trop rempli\u1427e, lorsque vous commencez \u00e0 courir. Nous recommandons des repas et des collations riches en glucides, mod\u00e9r\u00e9s en prot\u00e9ines et faibles en gras et en fibres pour faciliter la digestion. Tout le monde ne dig\u00e8re pas de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, alors testez diff\u00e9rentes formules pendant l\u2019entra\u00eenement pour voir ce qui fonctionnera le mieux le jour de la course. Tenir un journal alimentaire peut vous aider \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les aliments qui vous donnent de bonnes sensations et ceux qui, au contraire, vous incommodent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Les glucides<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les glucides sont la source d\u2019\u00e9nergie pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de notre organisme\u2014en particulier pour nos muscles et notre cerveau. L\u2019une des principales causes de fatigue pendant une course est l\u2019\u00e9puisement des r\u00e9serves de glycog\u00e8ne (glucides). Inclure des glucides dans votre repas ou collation d\u2019avant-course vous aide \u00e0 faire le plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Les meilleures sources de glucides sont les produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers (pain, riz, avoine, p\u00e2tes) et les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes riches en amidon (pommes de terre, ma\u00efs, patates douces). Pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la digestion et ainsi r\u00e9duire le risque de maux de ventre si vous courez rapidement apr\u00e8s avoir mang\u00e9, optez plut\u00f4t pour des glucides pauvres en fibres et en gras. Elle est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une baisse des performances ainsi que de la force et de l\u2019endurance musculaires. Une bonne hydratation est donc essentielle pour bien courir. Assurez-vous de boire suffisamment tout au long de la journ\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant votre course. Pour la majorit\u00e9 des coureur\u1427ses, l\u2019eau est le meilleur choix.
