Optez pour un repas ou une collation riche en glucides, comprenant des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (pain, riz, avoine, p\u00e2tes), des fruits et\/ou des l\u00e9gumes riches en amidon (pommes de terre, ma\u00efs, patates douces).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Les prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines sont essentielles pour la r\u00e9paration et la croissance musculaire apr\u00e8s la course. En inclure dans votre repas post-course acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et r\u00e9duit la douleur musculaire. Parmi les aliments riches en prot\u00e9ines, on retrouve : viandes, volailles, poissons, fruits de mer, \u0153ufs, produits laitiers (p. ex. yogourt grec et fromage cottage), produits \u00e0 base de soya (p. ex. tofu, tempeh, edamames) et l\u00e9gumineuses (p. ex. haricots, pois, lentilles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Les liquides<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boire suffisamment de liquides apr\u00e8s votre course vous aidera \u00e0 vous r\u00e9hydrater et \u00e0 compenser la sueur perdue. Pour la majorit\u00e9 des coureur\u1427ses, l\u2019eau est le meilleur choix.
