Puisque le fer est un oligo-min\u00e9ral qui intervient dans plusieurs processus li\u00e9s au transport et \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans l\u2019organisme, son apport est particuli\u00e8rement important lors de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les besoins en fer varient selon des facteurs comme l\u2019\u00e2ge, le sexe, l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de l\u2019entra\u00eenement et la condition physique globale. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les coureurs devraient viser environ 8 mg de fer par jour. Les aliments d\u2019origine animale (b\u0153uf, volaille, poisson) sont d\u2019excellentes sources de fer dit \u00ab\u00a0h\u00e9mique\u00a0\u00bb, plus facilement absorb\u00e9 par l\u2019organisme. Les sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (lentilles, haricots, tofu, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales enrichies, l\u00e9gumes-feuilles fonc\u00e9s, noix et graines) contiennent du fer \u00ab\u00a0non h\u00e9mique\u00a0\u00bb, qui est moins bien assimil\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Astuces pour maximiser l\u2019absorption du fer<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Associez fer non h\u00e9mique et vitamine C : <\/strong>Combiner des aliments riches en vitamine C (agrumes, fraises, poivrons, etc.) avec des sources de fer non h\u00e9mique (l\u00e9gumineuses, tofu, \u00e9pinards, etc.) favorise l\u2019absorption du fer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9vitez les tanins aux repas : <\/strong>Le caf\u00e9 et le th\u00e9, riches en tanins, peuvent r\u00e9duire l\u2019absorption du fer.
